Norwalk Kiwanis is a service organization made up entirely of volunteers dedicated to helping one child and one community at a time. The Norwalk Club began in 1920 and during its existence has participated in volunteering countless hours of time and donations of money to events and programs that promote helping the community especially the children.
The Norwalk Club meets on the second Wednesday of each month for breakfast 7:30 A.M. at The Norwalk Inn, and on the 4th Wednesday of the month for dinner 6:30 P.M. at The Norwalk Inn. All are welcome to attend!
Our two largest fundraisers that help us in supporting different programs in our town are The Kiwanis Golf Outing in July, and our High School Scholarship Dances in January.
The mission of Kiwanis. It's what gets us up in the morning. And what drives every project we pursue. Kiwanis empowers communities to improve the world by making lasting differences in the lives of children.
Kiwanis will be a positive influence in communities worldwide - so that one day, all children will wake up in communities that believe in them, nurture them and provide the support they need to thrive.
